Leora S Rozner is a queer, Jewish visual artist, ritual tender and community organizer currently situated on the lands of the Three Rivers, so-called Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Their artistic background is rooted in public mural works, painting, drawing, photography, printmaking and mixed media. From Pittsburgh, Rozner spent nearly five years based in Jerusalem where they were engaged in grassroots organizing and Palestine solidarity initiatives through community mural projects. They hold a Bachelor's of Fine Arts, and a Master's of International Studies from the Hebrew University. Rozner has utilized art as a tool to support community empowerment, speaking to themes that subvert oppressive systems through realities and dreams of steadfastness and collective liberation. Presently, they are exploring ideas around diaspora, tradition, memory and death.
