Mural & Demonstration in al-Bustan

mural painting back on June 29 for the al-Bustan solidarity tent. this day Silwan Palestinians organized a peaceful demonstration against evictions and home demolitions in Silwan. the demonstration was quickly suppressed by the Israeli Occupation Forces, who turned it violent with undercover cops shooting live fire and border police setting off stun grenades. Palestinian lives and livelihoods deserve to be treated with respect, and their voices must be amplified as they face displacement and the stripping away of their history by an apartheid regime.
